ADSL & Hosting T & C’s
- The Debit Order mandates are mandatory for all ADSL & Hosting clients
- Fire Ant Technology owns a retention on all unpaid services, products and domains
- Payments for ADSL & Hosting must be received by the 25th of each respective month
- In the event that a client’s ADSL or Hosting package is upgraded, the debit order mandate will automatically adjust, without the client having to complete new forms
- Outstanding balances not settled via EFT will be added to the monthly debit order, unless arranged with Fire Ant Technology
- Please note that the following notice period is required:
- 30 days’ notice for cancellation of ADSL or Hosting Services
- 30 days’ notice for cancellation of a Debit Order
- Should a dispute arise over ownership of a domain which has not been paid in full by a client, our legal fees (on an Attorney & Client scale) will be added to the client’s IT, ADSL or Hosting account for payment
- In the event that a Debit Order has been dishonoured, Fire Ant Technology reserves the right to charge a penalty and administration fee
